Mini pepperoni slices
1 can pizza sauce
Shredded mozzarella cheese
Preheat oven to 350°F. Open the tube of biscuits, carefully separating them. On a clean surface, roll out each biscuit to approximately 2″ in diameter; placing them on a wax or parchment paper lined cookie sheet.
Using a fork, gently poke holes in the dough; this will help to keep it from swelling.
Next, using a small spoon, spread on the pizza sauce, followed by the pepperoni and cheese; topping it off with a few dollops more of sauce. Place them in the oven for 15 minutes or until the edges start to brown lightly, then remove from the oven, placing them on a cooling rack.
