Waffles, anyone?
Growing up, one of my favorite breakfast foods was the Eggo brand pancakes; either plain or blueberry flavored. Now, I’m not entirely sure when I was introduced to Eggo waffles, but it didn’t take long for my love of frozen pancakes to fade. Don’t get me wrong, pancakes are good, but the personality that a waffle possesses, appeals more to my palate.
Ingredients
2 c. flour
1/3 c. sugar
1 tbsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 milk or water
1 egg (optional)
1/2 vegetable oil
