What can I say about meatballs, except that they’re a great addition to any meal, as well as a fun party appetizer. Making these was pretty easy and they went over well with dinner. I count myself to be pretty lucky that I don’t live with fussy eaters, so it makes preparing for mealtime hassle and stress free. ***NOTE: I don’t use breadcrumbs or eggs to bind the meatballs (personal choice; add them if you wish)***

Ingredients

2 tubes medium ground beef

1 tbsp Salt

1-2 tbsp Black pepper

1-2 tbsp Garlic powder

1 tsp Minced garlic

1 tbsp Minced onions

1/4 c. Soy sauce (to your taste)

1 tbsp Dried thyme leaves

1/4 c. crumbled feta cheese

1/2 c. Kraft Greek dressing

1/2 c. beef broth

Directions

Preheat oven to 350.Heat frying pan to a medium high with 1 c. vegetable oil. In a large bowl, mix the above ingredients.

Using small ice cream scoop *if you have one,* form the meatballs placing them into the heat; turning periodically for about 10 minutes.

Next remove from the stove, and put them in an oven safe dish, uncovered for 20-25 minutes *basting in between*.

Lastly, turn off the oven, cover with foil and let sit in the oven until ready to serve. ENJOY!
