Lazy Day Halloumi Salad - Shared by Kat S.
Red bell pepper
EVOO *Extra Virgin Olive Oil*
Wash and chop veggies into bite sized chunks. Carefully slice almonds into length wise pieces
Slice the Halloumi cheese into 1/4 inch slices, then turn the stove to a medium/low heat, adding 1 tbsp of EVOO to a frying pan. Lightly fry the cheese until golden brown on each side *yum!*
Combine the veggies in a bowl. Cover with warm Halloumi and garlic croutons, the top it off with your favorite salad dressing.
Finally, sit back and ENJOY!
